Accudata Systems Announces Partnership with Aruba Networks

HOUSTON, TX, JANUARY 17, 2007 -- Accudata Systems today announced that it has signed a partnering agreement with Aruba Networks. Aruba Networks is recognized as a leader in the field of wireless mobility solutions and this agreement further enhances Accudata Systems’ already-strong value proposition of offering high end technology solutions and services to its customers.

The Aruba Mobile Edge Architecture is a flexible, high-performance solution that delivers secure, mobile access to enterprise data, voice and video applications. It is the first user-centric approach to enterprise mobility by which IT departments can centrally control network access and prioritize application delivery on a per-user basis. These access control and application delivery policies follow the user wherever they connect to the network, ensuring a consistent, secure mobility experience for end-users.

Aruba Networks provides their solutions to a broad array of organizations including Microsoft, SAP, the Las Vegas McCarran International Airport and the U.S. Air Force.  Aruba Networks also serves educational institutions like the University of Washington, Emory University, Ohio State University, and Oklahoma State University.  Aruba is the first company able to provide secure wireless LANs (WLANS) to the U.S. Federal government using the IEEE 802.11i standard.

“Aruba Networks was the first company certified by the National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST) to achieve Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) for IEEE 802.11i wireless LAN systems,” said Tom Scire, Network Infrastructure Practice Manager for Accudata Systems. “When installed and configured properly by our team of consultants, an Aruba Mobile Edge wireless system can provide 256-bit client encrypted traffic that is virtually impossible for hackers to intercept and decode.  Best of all, the integrated architecture enables companies to easily deploy and then scale Aruba Mobile Edge in a cost-effective manner as their business grows.”

“We are very excited to add Aruba Networks’ Mobile Edge Architecture to the list of high value technologies that we offer to our clients,” added Patrick Vardeman, Vice-President of Business Development for Accudata Systems.  Aruba’s products will allow us to provide a comprehensive wireless mobility solution to just about any size and type of organization.  To learn more about Aruba Networks’ wireless solutions, please contact Accudata Systems at 800-246-4908.
