Current Open Positions — Inside Sales Representative
Inside Sales Representative -- Houston
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and energetic individual
to join our growing Inside Sales department. This person will assist our
account management team with quotes, orders, and assisting with customer
issues. This person will be interfacing with our internal staff, vendors
and distributors to obtain necessary information to complete their job.
Primary daily responsibilities:
- Daily contact with account managers and clients.
- Prepare timely and accurate quotes/orders/renewals for account
managers and/or clients.
- Proactively work to resolve problems/issues for account managers,
vendors and/or clients.
- Research and/or coordinate issues with IT vendor/distributors,
engineers and customers.
- Follow up with orders and send out new licenses for recent purchases.
- Coordinate appropriate delivery expectations for our clients concerning
current supply of product.
- Assist with preparing purchase orders, and be able to assist with
multiple ongoing projects.
- Research renewal information for quotes, and update our systems
with correct information.
- Perform any other data entry necessary to complete quotes/orders
for account managers.
- Will also backup other inside sales members when needed.
The ideal candidate for this position:
- Organized, detail oriented, and energetic
- Possess strong customer service skills
- Be proficient in all Microsoft Programs; Excel, Word, Power Point,
Outlook
- Must have excellent communications skills (written and verbal),
along with an ability to handle and prioritize many diverse tasks
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Previous Inside Sales experience a plus
